F in Blogging

I have decided that I am officially the worst blogger ever.  I must be honest with ya'll, ever since the wedding; I don't feel like I have anything worthy to blog about.  I started blogging right after Marc and I got engaged (or around there).  My blog's career has always involved wedding, wedding, and more wedding.  I start to think of what I might post but everything comes up B.O.R.I.N.G.  I thought about showing you some of my VERY amateur photographs I took, but then I think about Macy and Paige who are freaking awesome and that makes me not want to!  Then I think I could possibly write about what I did over the weekends.  (Which BTW, you people do TONS more than I do.  I don't have near as many friends as ya'll either.  Like, Chelsea- she is always out, in the cutest outfits I might add, with new people every weekend.  I am by no means jealous, ok a little, I just don't do that many things over one weekend.  Chelsea- you and Nick seriously are the cutest things ever!)  I don't want to write about work because well that's just boring.  Nobody (not even me) wants to hear about FedEx shipping packages or my life as a sales rep.  Marc always tells to blog about our marriage, but what is there to say, I don't have much to say, "it's great and I love being married".  Wedding post complete.  Shoot, now this is turning into a depressing blog!

Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know that I am still here.  I am going to get some really great ideas and blog away, until then... this will have to do.  :)

  1. Oh stop thinking your life isn't worth blogging about because it so is! We just like to read about what's going on in your world, even if you think it's boring. If you need something to get the ball rolling check out my friend Missy's blog: http://johnandmissy.blogspot.com/2011/01/im-bad-blogger.html
At the bottom of her post is a 30 day subject starter. You can just do one a day!

  2. Wow! I was not expecting that!! Thanks for the shout out. That was such a nice and unexpected complement, but trust me when I say- I think everybody feels that way about their own life! I am ALWAYS thinking... ugh- should I really blog about this? Who cares if I went to a movie or cooked tacos for dinner or whatever! When I start thinking like that that's when I blog the least. Try and shift your perspective and think of it as a journal for you about your life. I always tell myself I'm going to turn my blog into one of those blog to book things since I don't scrapbook (of course I never do!) But I think you would be surprised- if you just wrote about ordinary stuff you. I agree with Jalei, a lot more people than you think (including me) would love to read it.
