Today I am thankful because

One of my friends from college, Liz, challenged me to post " Today I am thankful because..."  I decided this is the exact thing I need to do on this Thursday night.  I have so many blessings in my life, it is nice to take a timeout and express my gratitude for the things that happened today.

Today I am thankful Because...

• I work up early enough to read my daily devotional- Jesus Calling
• Marc and I got to eat breakfast together
• All of my work appointments went great
• My favorite song, "You raise me up" came on the radio station
• I was having a VERY good hair day!  :) 
• I am thankful that FedEx paid for me to go out to eat with a customer and eat Mahi Mahi 
• The sun was shinny and hot when I got home from work so I layed out in the backyard
• Thankful that I was able to read another chapter in "The Power of a Praying Wife"
• I had choices of what to make for dinner
• Marc and I prayed together before eating dinner side by side
• I am thankful that I have a home that I love, a husband that I adore and a God that loves me for ME- with all my faults! 

Thank you Liz, it was exactly what I needed today.  Now all you bloggers... I challenge you, regardless of the kind of day you are having, take 10 minutes and think of things you are thankful for today.  You will be surprised at all God has provided you!
