WINNING!!!

March Madness, how can I count the ways I love thee.  This is the 4th year I have participated in making brackets.  It gives Marc a chance to fully engage in sports with me by his side hoopin and hollerin louder than anyone in the room.  I am sure everyone knows how it works; you pick teams you think will win.  I must say, I do choose my teams much differently than Marc does.  Marc spends hours watching film, analyzing plays, and listening to ESPN for “hints”, so that he can make the most informed decision on who he feels will win each game.  I on the other hand have my own way.  I pick teams on many other MORE IMPORTANT factors; team colors, team mascot, cutest guys on the team, if I have any relationship with that school, ect.  I feel I have the superior position, because there are always so many upsets.  And I have always done pretty well in the competition.  Anyway, I think you all can tell where I am going with this.  I am very happy to announce this is my first year to BEAT Marc!!!!  Yes sir, I didn’t just beat them, I obliterated him!  What does this mean to me?  Well first off, it means that I will not be doing the yard work on Saturday.  It means you will not see me pushing the mower, weed eating, or blowing. I will not be embarrassed as I see the neighbors drive by.  However, it does mean that for the next 14 days, Marc will plan out the menu, go grocery shopping, and cook dinner.  I seriously couldn’t be happier.  I have already got my glass of wine with my PJs on and it’s only 6:00.  I am going to take full advantage of this and relax/chat with him while he makes my dinner tonight and for the next 13 nights.  I LOVE MARCH MADNESS!!!
